White Christmas Inspiration with Anne/aka Oldenmeade

Hi everyone! Anne here with a page I made using the ultra-lovely White Christmas collection from NBK Design at Oscraps.

To create this layout, I started with solid paper 08 and then blended my photo in, using pin light. This allowed the gesso and wood to show through. I duplicated the photo on normal, applied a reverse mask, and then painted back in, more of the fence and the people. Next I added the wood frame, some gesso, and some artsy bits and pieces. I placed 2 magic lights behind to give some glow and warmth. Then I took magic light 6, stretched it out so it covered the entire page, and applied color burn blend mode @ 61%. I added a word art with style mix 24 applied. Following this, I made a composite of all the layers (CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + E) – duplicated that and used multiply blend mode, before applying a reverse mask and painting bits back in. To bring back some of the texture, I duplicated the background paper, placed it on top, and used multiply blend. Then duplicated that layer and applied a warming photo filter @ 25%. The final step was to lower the opacity of the layer to 46%.
