With the detailed tutorial by Trish you can create a newspaper “Dot” effect using Photoshop’s Filter Gallery’s effects “Cutout” and “Halftone Pattern”.
For my page I used a photo by Nik Macmillan on Unsplash and the Dear Diary collection by NBK-Design, that is available at The Lilypad.
