Layout inspiration by Cindy

Hello, Cindy here with a page I made with On the Bright Side Collection by NBK-Design, that has just been re-released at The Lilypad.

The Urban Papers of this collection reminded me of a challenge at The Lilypad forum from last year, called “The glitch effect” (you can learn more about it here: https://the-lilypad.com/forum/threads/may-inspiration-challenge.54563). I thought it would be fun to try it on a photo I took downtown earlier this month. Perhaps I overdid it, but I still like this effect! I blended the glitched photo using an Urban Mask and finished my page with lots of ArtGraphics, Doodles and Stars, Loopilaloozas, MagicLights and a WordArt.
