Over the Rainbow – Inspiration by Cindy

Hi! I’m Cindy, and I want to share with you a page I made using Over the Rainbow Collection by NBK-Design. One of the MOC challenges at The Lilypad forum is sponsored by NBK-Design and it’s about creating a Paintstroke Picture. For my page I used the Painter’s Toolbox that’s provided for the challenge in order to create the effect on the photo. For the rest of my page I used various packs from the Over The Raibow collection, like Magic Lights, Clouds & Rainbows, Artsy Bits, Doodle Frames, Loopilaloozas, and a variety of brushes and styles.
