Hello there, Stefanie here with my latest layout.

I love Nicole’s Easy Peasy line of products and adding layers and layers to my layout with them. The foundation elements are artsy paints and transfers on top of a solid paper back ground.

I used the messy stitched grids to highlight the photos and to assign spots for the journaling, title and date elements.

The journal cards are so easy to alter, I removed the card from their background layer and simplified the letter layer so that I could clip a paper layer to them and then I added a drop shadow to the different layers.

The arrows are wonderfully playful and draw attention to the date and journaling as well as highlighting the dish my friend and I enjoyed.

I love that places are opening up again and that we can eat out and chat, once we have had our temperature taken and wearing masks until the food arrives.

It’s important to have fun and to document what life looks like for us right now.
